My Background

Founder & Director of Oakleigh Resourcing now in our 10th year of trading. I have 20 years+ experience Consulting at senior executive level, working with private, public and charity sector clients spanning large internationals, SME's and start-ups across a diverse range of industries. A Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD) my early career was in industry. I specialise in Executive Coaching and Executive Recruitment predominantly at board, senior and leadership team level. I really enjoy making a positive difference to people's lives.

Outside Work

I live on a small holding and enjoy an outdoor lifestyle with a full suite of rescue animals - dogs, cats & hens. A great passion is horse riding and I regularly compete at Dressage. Believe it or not, this is a great stress buster! We have just added a 4 year old ex-racehorse to our every growing herd and are getting great pleasure from training him in his new ridden career. I'm also infamous within the family for baking great cakes using our own eggs.
